Carolily Finery is dedicated to making every part of your shopping experience enjoyable, even the returns! 

Returns & Exchanges

You can exchange or receive a store credit for qualifying item(s) within 14 days of the ship date. Contact us at info@carolily.com to arrange.

Exchanges and credits are not available outside of 14 days, unless there is a defect with the jewelry (read "Warranty" section below).

As a small business, we do not issue refunds. Refunds and order cancelations will not be issued for failure to apply a promotional code or discount.

Qualifying items must be:

  • Unworn and in new condition
  • In their original packaging 

Sale items and custom items are FINAL SALE.

All shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Shipping costs and any other fees associated with sending your return back to Carolily will be the responsibility of the customer. Packages requiring COD or other fees will be not be accepted or deducted from your credit. Returns are sent to our studio in West Kelowna, British Columbia.

For product exchanges, shipping costs and any other associated fees with sending the new product to the customer will be the responsibility of the customer.  

Your credit or exchange will be processed once Carolily has received the product. We advise sending your product with tracking.

Warranty

We offer a two-year warranty against manufacturer's defects on all of our jewelry.

Our warranty does not cover lost or stolen pieces, cosmetic damage, water damage or normal wear and tear.

For items returned because of a defect, packages may be send COD so that Carolily Finery may cover the cost of return shipping.

After two years, the item can be repaired or replaced with like-quality materials at an additional cost.
