All jewelry is made to order within an average of 10 business days, Monday to Friday, with the exception of holidays and studio closures. 

Delivery times are only estimates and do not take into consideration delays due to holidays, customs clearance etc. Addresses in remote areas may require additional delivery time. We do our best to help your items get to you in time, however, we are not responsible for packages delivered outside the estimated time frame.

We are not responsible for incomplete or incorrect shipping addresses provided by the client. If a package is not delivered due to an incomplete or incorrect shipping address, the cost of shipping it back is the client's responsibility.

Carolily Finery is pleased to ship to Canada, the United States and the United Kingdom. All shipments are carbon neutral. 

CANADA

For Canadian orders over $200 (pre-tax and after discounts), we offer complimentary (free) expedited shipping with tracking. 

For all Canadian orders, we offer regular mail (no tracking), expedited shipping (with tracking) and courier options.

UNITED STATES

For USA orders over $300 (pre-tax and after discounts), we offer complimentary (free) UPS Standard with tracking.

For all USA orders, we offer UPS Standard, Expedited and Express. 

UNITED KINGDOM

For UK orders over $300 (pre-tax and after discounts), we offer complimentary Worldwide Expedited with tracking.

For all UK orders, we offer Worldwide Expedited.

Rush Production

Rush production is available. A $50 charge will be placed on orders under $250, and $100 charge for orders between $250 and $500.

A custom quote will be provided for orders greater than $500. Please email us at hello@carolily.com for more information. 

Note that the rush production fee expedites the production process and has no impact on ship times. Rush production is not available for custom jewelry.
