Our fulfillment process is split into two parts- production and shipping. First, we must handcraft your jewelry, which takes an average of 10 business days, excluding weekends, holidays and studio closures.

Then your jewelry is sent via the shipping method selected at checkout. We offer regular, expedited and express shipping options.

Complimentary Shipping

We offer complimentary, carbon neutral expedited shipping on all orders over $200 (pre-tax and after discounts).

Shipping Zones

We are pleased to ship to Canada, the United States, Europe, and the United Kingdom. All shipments are carbon neutral. 

CANADA

For all Canadian orders, we offer expedited Canada Post shipping, and expedited and express courier options.

UNITED STATES

For all USA orders, we offer UPS Standard, Expedited and Express. 

UNITED KINGDOM & EUROPE

For all UK and European orders, we offer Worldwide Expedited.

Shipping Considerations

Delivery times are only estimates and do not take into consideration delays due to holidays, customs clearance etc. Addresses in remote areas may require additional delivery time. We do our best to help your items get to you in time, however, we are not responsible for packages delivered outside the estimated time frame.

We are not responsible for incomplete or incorrect shipping addresses provided by the client. If a package is not delivered due to an incomplete or incorrect shipping address, the cost of shipping it back is the client's responsibility.

Rush Production

Rush production is available. A $50 charge will be placed on orders under $250, and $100 charge for orders between $250 and $500.

A custom quote will be provided for orders greater than $500. Please email us at hello@carolily.com for more information. 

Note that the rush production fee expedites the production process and has no impact on ship times. Rush production is not available for custom jewelry.
