We currently offer shipping to Canada and the United States. For shipping inquiries outside of North America, please email us at hello@carolily.com to discuss if your request can be accommodated.
We offer expedited and standard shipping within Canada and the US.
While we cannot make any guarantees, if you email us at hello@carolily.com immediately after you place your order, we will do our very best to update your shipping address for you!
It takes us an average of 6 business days to handcraft your jewelry before it is shipped out.
Standard shipping within Canada takes 7-10 business days and expedited takes 2-7 days, dependent on location. Shipping to the US takes an average of 7 days.
Please note that shipping times are dependent on Canada Post’s order volume, time of year and, currently, Covid protocols.
Canadian customers receive free shipping on all orders over $100. Canadian standard shipping is between $5-$7 and expedited is $12-$15, depending on province. Standard shipping to the US is $20 and expedited is $25.
When you sign up for our newsletter, you’ll receive 25% off of your first purchase over $100! Our Carolily family, those who receive our newsletter, are also sent special promotions throughout the year!
During checkout, you will see a space that says "Gift Card or Discount Code". Type in your promo code, be sure there are no spaces, and hit the "Apply" button. Please review your order prior to placing it to ensure your promo code was successfully applied. If you are having any issues, please email us at hello@carolily.com prior to placing your order. No, we do not issue refunds or cancelations for order that did not apple a promo code. All of our statement jewelry is designed and handcrafted from our studio in British Columbia, Canada by our in-house team. We never outsource production and take great pride in the pieces we create!

We work with a variety of high quality materials! Some of our favorites include European crystal pearls, sterling silver, hypoallergenic stainless steel, freshwater pearls, European crystal, crystal quartz, and various gemstones.
There is the possibility that some cosmetics/skin care products and perfume may discolor the materials used to create your piece of Carolily. It is best to use perfume and hairspray before putting jewelry on. When not wearing, lay in a jewelry drawer to keep out of direct sunlight and limit oxidization. In a pinch, a Ziploc bag will do the trick!
