Necklace Adjustments

We will shorten your necklace to your desired length at no cost. Please note this does not impact the original price of the necklace.

We will lengthen your necklace up to an additional 2" at no cost. The single chain at the back of your next is adjusted; not each individual strand.

For adjustments longer than 2", you may purchase a 4" chain extender, which can be found here.

For adjustments longer than 4", please email us at hello@carolily.com.

We offer magnetic closures for an additional $20 per necklace. Please note that magnetic closure necklaces are a set length and cannot be adjusted. Email hello@carolily.com to arrange.

All adjustments must be requested at the time of purchase. If you have already received the jewelry and need the size adjusted, there is a $25 adjustment fee on top of the cost of shipping.

Bracelet Adjustments

We will shorten your bracelet to your desired length at no cost. Please note this does not impact the original price of the bracelet.

Earring Adjustments

We are happy to exchange the existing earwires for hypoallergenic stainless steel fishhooks at no cost.

We offer leverback closures for an additional $10 per earring pair. Select your earwire from the product page or email us at hello@carolily.com to arrange.

We also have a clip-on option available for a small surcharge. Please email us at hello@carolily.com to first confirm the earrings you are interested in can be converted to clip-on. 

How to Know the Right Size

You can find the size of every piece of jewelry under the "Materials and Size" tab on the product pages.

For bracelets, we recommend 0.5" - 1.0" bigger than your wrist measurement. Bracelets are not meant to be skin tight and can break if worn too small. You want to ensure there is a comfortable amount of movement. When in doubt, measure your wrist and email us at hello@carolily.com for assistance prior to completing your order.

How to Request an Adjustment

When you place your order, please utilize the "Note" section during checkout to let us know the desired length and the piece of jewelry we are making the adjustment to. If we have any questions, we will contact you prior to us creating your jewelry.
