No, our Rewards Program only begins tracking your points once you have signed up. If you have any difficulties signing up, please email us at hello@carolily.com.
Can I combine my points with other discounts?
No, your points cannot be combined with any other discount or promotion.
Do my points expire?
No, your points do not expire. You can begin redeeming them once you have at least 500 points!
How do I apply my credit?
Once you have gotten your promo code from the My Rewards section of your account, you will apply it at checkout where it reads "Discount Code or Gift Card". Be sure to click the apply button and review your order prior to submitting payment.
