Our Process

The first step is simple, fill out our custom jewelry questionnaire here! We cannot wait to hear about your ideas and inspiration.

Once we have received your completed questionnaire (and we cannot proceed until you have filled it out), we will contact you to set up an initial consultation, either over the phone or via Zoom. We will discuss the information you provided in the questionnaire, answer any questions you have and review next steps.

Our Timeline

Every piece is different and, thus, every timeline is a little different. While we will always try to accommodate you, we will be able to give you a better idea of timing once we have had our initial consultation. 

Our Pricing

Just like timing, our pricing is different for every piece and depends on the materials used, the intricacy of the jewelry, and the length of time it takes for us to create it.

A non-refundable custom design free of $100 will be collected after our initial consultation prior to any design creation.

Once the design fee has been paid, we will mock up 2-3 design options for you to choose from. We will also then be able to provide the final price, which will be within the price range you specified in our online questionnaire.
