Boxing Week Orders

Once our studio reopens on January 3rd, we will begin handcrafting orders that were placed during our Boxing Week Sale.

We anticipate shipping these orders by January 12th.This estimate is based on studio capacity and is subject to change without notice.

Studio Closures

Our studio will be closed from December 22 - January 2nd, reopening on January 3rd. We willl not be checking emails or messages during that time. You can still order as usual through our website.

Shipping Reminder

Orders then ship from our studio in British Columbia. The time shipping takes will depend on your location and the volume of orders Canada Post is experiencing. It is always best to plan ahead.

Delivery times are estimates provided by our shipping providers. Addresses in remote areas may require additional delivery time. We do our best to help your items get to you in time, however, we are not responsible for packages delivered outside the estimated time frame. When in doubt, order as early as possible!

Our studio is at capacity; we will not be offering rush production again until the second week of January.
