Our Pearl of Choice
Carolily jewelry is handcrafted using primarily European crystal pearls from Austria. At times, we also use natural freshwater and shell pearls.
European crystal pearls are the highest quality manmade pearl available. While they are a perfect replica of natural pearls, there is no impact to our oceans, making them a more environmentally conscious choice.

Do you offer complimenary adjustments?
Yes! We offer complimentary adjustments on the vast majority of our jewelry. We will shorten or extend your piece of jewelry up to 2" when requested at time of purchase. Click here to learn more.
Where is your jewelry made?
All Carolily jewelry is handcrafted from our studio in British Columbia by our in-house team. The only exceptions are our bespoke rings, which are created by our metalsmith in Alberta.
How long until I receive my jewelry?
Our fulfillment process is split into two parts- production and shipping. First, we must handcraft your jewelry, which takes an average of 10 business days. Then your jewelry is sent via the shipping method selected at checkout. We offer regular, expedited and express shipping options.
