Pandemic related material shipment delays and prolonged Canada Post ship times are top of mind as we approach the holiday season. Please take the following guidelines into consideration when doing your holiday shopping. When in doubt, it is always best to order early.

Studio Closures

Our studio will be closed from December 23-26 to allow our team time to rest and spend with loved ones.

Any emails received during this time will be responded to and order fulfillment will resume on Monday, December 27.

Holiday Returns

For the first time ever, we will be allowing refunds on holiday purchases made in November and December until January 15. This will also apply to any exchanges.

Qualifying items must be:

• Unworn and in new condition
• In their original packaging
• Purchased during the month of November or December

Sale items and custom items are FINAL SALE.

All shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Christmas Order Cut Off- December 1

Our jewelry takes 6 business days to handcraft. In order to guarantee that you receive your jewelry before Christmas, please make your purchase by December 1st.

You are more than welcome to order after December 1st, but please understand that Canada Post cannot guarantee ship times.

For any orders made after December 1st, we recommend choosing UPS Express or UPS Expedited for shipping.

Local West Kelowna pickups can be made until December 21. Our studio is open to the public by appointment only; email hello@carolily.com to coordinate a pick up time.

Rush Production

If you would like your order pushed to the front of the line, rush production is available.

A $75 charge will be placed on orders under $250, and $125 charge for orders between $250 and $500. A custom quote will be provided for orders greater than $500. This is by request only and will be manually invoiced.

Rush production is not available for custom jewelry.

Custom Jewelry Cut Off- October 15
