We will supply you with all the photography, brand assets, and brand and product knowledge that your team will need to be able to sell Carolily with ease.
Social Media Promotion
Once your new Carolily display is set up, we will release a dedicated promotional campaign across our social media and email newsletter to highlight your store as a destination to shop new Carolily inventory, ensuring local-to-you clients know exactly where to find their favourite pieces.
Where appropriate, we will also coordinate a press release with you for your local news outlets.
Curated Collections & Styling
We are happy to help you curate a collection of designs that will suit your clients and coordinate beautifully with current fashion styles available in your boutique.
FAQ
Minimum Order & Display
Opening orders must meet a minimum dollar amount of $1,500 before tax and shipping. There is no reorder minimum for active Retail Partners.
Retail Partners are required to maintain a minimum of twelve (12) Carolily jewelry pieces displayed and available for sale in-store at all times.
Sizing & Customization
Our jewelry is offered in a variety of sizes and lengths, all of which are noted on the individual product pages. Custom lengths may be available. Please contact us to inquire.
Production & Shipping
Every piece of Carolily is handcrafted to order from our studio in British Columbia. Most wholesale orders take an average of three (3) weeks to handcraft, depending on the size of order and time of year.
Rush production is available for a fee.
Canadian orders are sent by Canada Post Expedited unless otherwise requested. International orders are sent courier expedited. The cost of shipping is not included in the cost of jewelry.
Pricing & Payment Terms
Wholesale pricing is available to approved Retail Partners.
Payment must be received before production begins, as all jewelry is handcrafted to order.
Returns & Exchanges
All wholesale jewelry is final sale.
Returns are only accepted on defective merchandise. Returns must be made in writing directly to hello@carolily.com within 7 days of delivery date.
Repairs & Lifetime Warranty
Carolily jewelry is designed with high-end materials and impeccable craftsmanship.
As such, all of our jewelry has a lifetime warranty.
Our lifetime warranty includes manufacturing defects, as well as normal wear and tear.
The warranty does not include mistreatment of your jewelry, including improper use or storage, lost items, or damages caused by accident. See below for care instructions.
Jewelry Care
To ensure your jewelry stays beautiful and the Lifetime Warranty applicable...
- Store your jewelry safely between wears.
- Never spray or put on beauty products while wearing jewelry. Products may include, but are not limited to, perfume, lotion and sunscreen.
- We suggest putting all beauty products on and allowing to dry thoroughly before putting on jewelry.
- Do not wear your jewelry while swimming, showering or in the hot tub.
- Polish tarnished sterling silver jewelry with a soft, treated cloth rather than abrasive dipping solutions. You can purchase a cleaning cloth here.
- Clean silver near gemstones with a toothbrush. Rinse and dry thoroughly after cleaning.
Packaging
All wholesale orders come with beautiful branded packaging. You will receive either branded boxes of faux-suede bags depending on the pieces purchases.
Materials Used
Carolily jewelry is handcrafted from high quality materials including freshwater pearls, Swarovski crystal pearls, gemstones, hypoallergenic stainless steel, 18kt gold plated and sterling silver. At times, we also use vintage treasures in our designs.
