How does the process work?
1️⃣ Submit Your Application – If the Legacy Collection feels right for you, the first step is to apply. This ensures that each collection is the perfect fit, both for you and for Donna’s creative process.
2️⃣ Acceptance & Contract – If your application is accepted, you’ll receive an invitation to move forward. At this stage, you’ll sign a contract and initial invoice, and finalize the details to officially begin the process.
3️⃣ Personal Design Consultations – Once everything is in place, you’ll schedule your one-on-one Zoom and/or phone calls with Donna. During these sessions, she’ll learn about your style, the jewelry you reach for most, and how you want to feel when you wear your collection.
4️⃣ Design & Craftsmanship – Donna will personally design and handcraft your 12-piece Legacy Collection, ensuring every detail feels like you.
The full process typically takes 8-16 weeks, depending on the complexity of your collection and the speed in which feedback is provided.
At the end, you’ll receive a beautifully curated set of jewelry designed exclusively for you—pieces that will feel like they’ve always belonged in your wardrobe.
What is the timeline?
Every Legacy Collection is different and, thus, every timeline is a little different.
On average, a Legacy Collection takes 8-16 weeks, dependent on the complexity of your designs and timeliness of provided feedback.
We will be able to provide a more accurate timeline after the initial consultations.
How much does it cost?
Your investment begins at $10,000 and can vary depending on the materials used and complexity of your designs. A final price will be provided before any jewelry is handcrafted.
Upon signing the agreement, an invoice will be sent for an initial $2,500 payment.
Once the initial design payment has been paid, we will begin the process.
Is custom work final sale?
Yes, all custom work is final sale and excluded from any discount or promotion.
